Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the Tereni platform. By accessing and using our service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Tereni platform.
2. Definitions
- "Service" - The Tereni platform for sports facility management
- "Partner" - Owner or operator of a sports facility using our platform
- "User" - A person who books sports courts through our platform
- "Content" - All information, data, text, images related to your facility
3. Partnership Terms
3.1 Registration
- You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Information you provide must be accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per legal/natural person
3.2 Partner Obligations
- Providing accurate information about your facility and services
- Updating court availability in real time
- Honoring bookings made through the platform
- Maintaining quality of service and facility standards
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
3.3 Acceptable Use
- Use of the platform for illegal activities is prohibited
- You may not infringe intellectual property rights
- System abuse or attempts at unauthorized access are prohibited
- Respect for other users and partners
4. Financial Terms
4.1 Commission
Tereni retains a commission from bookings made through the platform. Details about the commission rate will be specified in the partnership agreement.
4.2 Payments
- Payments are made on a regular basis according to the agreed schedule
- Partners are responsible for tax obligations
- Bookings are charged through a secure payment system or cash on site
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are defined by the partner for their facility, in accordance with the platform's minimum standards.
5. Cancellation Rules and Partner Protection
In order to protect partners from irresponsible users, the application has the following specific rules for cancelling appointments or not showing up for a scheduled appointment.
5.1 New Users (Lowest Trust Level)
- A booking can be cancelled without penalty up to 60 minutes before the start of the appointment
- Cancellation of up to 3 bookings in the last 30 days is allowed
- Violation of this rule results in a temporary suspension of the ability to book appointments
- One no-show results in a suspension of the ability to book for 30 days
5.2 Regular Users (Higher Trust Level)
- Cancellation is allowed up to 30 minutes before the start of the appointment
- Cancellation of up to 5 bookings in the last 30 days is allowed
- Violation of this rule results in a temporary suspension of the ability to book appointments
- Two no-shows result in a suspension of the ability to book for 30 days
- In case of repeated no-shows, permanent account blocking is possible
5.3 VIP Users (Highest Trust Level)
- Cancellation is allowed up to 15 minutes before the start of the appointment
- Cancellation of up to 10 bookings in the last 30 days is allowed
- Three no-shows result in a suspension of the ability to book for 30 days
5.4 Advancement to a Higher Trust Level
The system automatically tracks user behavior and rewards responsible platform usage with advancement to a higher trust level.
- A new user advances to Regular User after 3 completed bookings in the last 30 days
- A completed booking is considered one that has not been cancelled and whose time slot has passed

- • These rules serve to protect partners from financial losses due to irresponsible users
- • User trust levels are automatically updated based on their behavior
- • Suspended users can contact support to have their case reviewed
- • Partners can report no-shows and improper user behavior
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform
All intellectual property rights to the Tereni platform, including code, design, logo, and features, are owned by the company "Pelicanos d.o.o." from Podgorica.
6.2 Partner Content
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Liability and Warranties
7.1 Limitation of Liability
The Tereni platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the service will always be available.
7.2 Partner Liability
- Partners are responsible for the safety and quality of their facilities
- Insurance of facilities and activities is the obligation of the partner
- Partners are responsible for all incidents at their facilities
8. Termination of Service
8.1 Termination by Partner
You may terminate the partnership at any time with 30 days written notice.
8.2 Termination by Platform
We reserve the right to terminate partnerships in the event of violations of terms of service or failure to fulfill obligations.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved amicably through negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the law of Montenegro applies and the competent courts are in Podgorica.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance via email or platform announcement.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Final Provisions
- These terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties
- If any part of the terms is deemed invalid, the remaining parts remain in effect
- The terms are in effect from the date of the last amendment
